WHAT TO DO IF I RECIEVED A RECEIPT, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?

Answer

A receipt doesn’t mean that the amount was refunded. Maximum waiting time is 30 working days. Please contact your bank to get more specific information.

WHAT TO DO IF THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR TICKET PURCHASE WAS CHANGED?

Answer

If your credit card was changed/renewed because of expiration date, the bank account rests the same. For this reason, the amount will be refunded to this account as it was planned.

WHAT TO DO IF THE CARD USED FOR TICKET PURCHASE WAS CLOSED /LOST?

Answer

According to the law, the refund can only be made to the card used to make the purchase. If your card is closed, you should contact us after the 30th of March, we will give you RNN number and you can reach out to your bank. Furthermore, your bank should refund the amount.
